More than a week after that “The May” Zambada and one of the “Chapitos” appeared in El Paso, Texas, the president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador He stressed to the EU Government that you can’t go to another country to kidnap a suspected criminals.

This Friday, after ruling out any impact on the Government due to anything Zambada García might say during his trial, the Mexican president posed a question to the US administration regarding the case:

“I hear people talking about how they want to come and kidnap suspected criminals to take them to the US, so if that’s what we’re going for, then we could go too. Of course not! That’s not how it is.”

He later said that such an action would be “the law of the jungle” and an intervention, but it cannot be done.

At the same time, he insisted that one must act responsibly, above all because there are already versions circulating, such as the one presented by the alleged lawyer of “El Chapo” and his family, that the factions of “El Mayo” and the “Chapitos” have good relations and the arrest of both was agreed upon.

And for this reason, she indicated that the State Department has already been asked for a report on the appearance of the drug lords in its territory, and to give details about the request she gave the floor to Foreign Minister Bárcena, who said that Antony Blinken, Secretary of State, was asked for specific data on the case such as:

“The circumstances, the place from which the plane took off, the registration of the plane, the name of the pilot, what the flight plan was. And what was the type of discussion, arrangement, or if there was any knowledge from the United States prior to this operation.”

The official said that the US government is “in the process of preparing this information and gathering it.”

That is why López Obrador insisted that the whole truth must be known; yesterday he even questioned the US about what they are hiding if they do not deliver the report.

“So, we’ll wait. Even if they don’t want to send us the information, we’ll say ‘we don’t have information because they don’t want it’. I don’t know what they’re hiding.”

He also stressed that everything related to this case “will be known” because:

“We are not anyone’s pimps, we represent the people of Mexico, we are not puppets, we are not puppets of anyone, of any foreign government, our master is the people of Mexico, because the people of Mexico are sovereign, they are the only ones to whom we owe everything, we are obliged to inform, not to hide anything.”

And although he acknowledged that he already has data on the matter, he clarified that he could not specify much because “it is a delicate subject” but said that it has already been ruled out that the alleged flight on which Zambada and Guzmán López arrived did not leave from Hermosillo, Sonora, as the head of Security, Rosa Icela Rodríguez, said a week ago in her “public report.”

And although the press questioned whether “this is how friends are treated” with regard to the fact that the Bien administration has not sent the report, the outgoing president countered that “you have to be patient with friends.”

At the same time, he said that the region (Sonora, Sinaloa and Durango) is calm, without confrontations, although, he accused, his adversaries would like that.

The day before yesterday, the head of the Executive himself commented that the American authorities confirmed that they had talks with “Güero Moreno”:

“They did not know that he was going to turn himself in as well or that Mr. Zambada was on the plane (…) we want, and the FGR and SRE are doing so, to find out more about this, where they boarded the plane, what type of plane, why if the agreement was with one, two arrived” and he used the statements of El Mayo Zambada’s lawyer, who stated that his client was “kidnapped” by El Chapo’s son.

“We need to know all this: where? Who? Did U.S. agents participate in Mexican territory?”

Hours later, Claudia Sheinbaum said that the information provided by the United States is brief.
