Amparos against judicial reform will be resolved in Jalisco courts

The plenary session of Federal Judicial Council (CJF) ordered that the hundreds of protections against the judicial reform drywill focus and resolve by courts and district courts of the Third Circuitlocated in Jalisco.

“Likewise, “the appeals filed that are pending resolution, or pending referral and those that are subsequently filed in the protection trials referred or any other promoted against the same acts, will be concentrated in the Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Collegiate Courts on Administrative Matters of the Third Circuit”.

The Judiciary regulations indicate that judges “in each of the matters they must refer, must accompany a secretarial certification stating the procedural status of the main trial, whether pending admission, suspended or in process, as well as the corresponding incident of suspension.”
