Mumbai: A luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Orly area has been sold to a businessman for Rs 240 crore. This is considered to be the most expensive apartment in India.

Twin towers of luxury apartments have been built on Annie Besant Road in Mumbai’s Orly area. These towers are called ‘Three Sixty West’. It has a penthouse residence called ‘Penthouse’ on floors 63, 64, 65 of a tower (Tower-B).

This penthouse has been sold for Rs 240 crore. Welspun Group Chairman P.K. Goenka is said to have bought it. This penthouse has an area of ​​30 thousand square feet. Slum dwellers in Mumbai are given free accommodation of 300 sq.ft. In this case, this penthouse is 100 times bigger than this. The deed registration for this sale took place last Wednesday.

Expensive: Pankaj Kapoor, president of a real estate research and rating firm, says, “This is the most expensive apartment sold in India till date. We expect more such luxury apartments to be purchased in the next two months,” he said.
