The stormy weather comes at a price: An 85-year-old man is in a puddle on a street in the city of Ramla in a very serious condition after apparently slipping and falling. Magen David Adom reported that he was found lying unconscious and in a state of hypothermia.

Paramedics and paramedics provided the man with life-saving medical treatment and performed advanced and prolonged resuscitation operations during which he returned a pulse, and he was taken to Shamir-Assaf Hospital by the doctor while he was anesthetized and resuscitated.

MDA paramedic Mordechai Dadiashvili, who arrived at the scene of the incident, said: “We put him in an intensive care unit and while warming his body we performed advanced and prolonged resuscitation operations that included medication, massages and resuscitation until his heart beat again and we evacuated him to the hospital when his condition was very serious.”

Floods occurred this morning throughout Israel and especially in the coastal plain cities. Streets were flooded in Bat Yam, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Holon and streets and local power outages were reported in several cities in the central region.

In the cities of Holon and Bat Yam, streets were blocked to traffic due to flooding. In Holon, Shenkar Street, the corner of the Histadrut in the direction of Yavne Street – from both directions – was closed to traffic. In Bat Yam, Komemiyut Street was blocked for traffic from both directions. The drivers are asked to refrain from reaching these places and to obey the instructions of the police and professionals at the place.
