Olksey Arstovich, an adviser to Zalanski’s chief of staff, reported in an interview with Ynet on progress in talks to end the conflict; “There is a certain rapprochement in the talks and President Zlansky himself mentioned the possibility that the talks will take place in Jerusalem – so if he says that, it will probably be so.”
