The construction site in the village of Krakolye, where the construction of the first gas processing complex in Russia is underway, has hit the criminal reports of the Leningrad Region for the second time in several days. Yesterday, the police detained here more than 80 construction workers – illegal migrants, and today they received information about the hijacking of a new excavator. This was announced by a law enforcement source.
According to the applicant, an excavator worth 6.5 million rubles was stolen on the evening of 26 November. The criminal entered the territory of the industrial zone of the plant under construction and took away the 2020 SEM excavator.
Earlier, MK in the Leningrad Region wrote that the Ministry of Regional Development intends to give the status of a special economic zone to Ust-Luga, where Nord Stream-2 will be held and a gas enterprise is being built.
