The author of the book Planet Pan and content creator, Edu Lavandeira, has tested two loaves of bread of different origin. For this, it has carried out a comparison between a bar that is usually found in gas stations or supermarkets, and another of higher quality.

After analyzing this type of bread, the expert shows an artisan loaf: “It is a bread that is fermented for many hours, that uses sourdough and that, in addition, has high quality flours“.
