The explosion took place at the “Gazpromneftj-ONPZ” oil refinery, media 112 reports.

The area of ​​the fire is 1000 square meters, according to the “Baza” channel of “Telegram”.

It said that “the fire at the Omsk oil refinery is under control” and that “the refinery’s automatic safety system has detected ignition of process equipment.”

“Gazpromneftj-ONPZ” is the largest oil refinery in Russia. About 22 million tons of oil are reportedly processed that year.
