On December 25, an eyewitness told about the fall of a rope-walker from a height of about 10 meters in a circus in Tyumen.

“He walked on a tightrope, then began to sway, sway and, apparently, lost his balance and fell … Everyone gasped, waved, applauded, supported him,” Boris Meleshenko, a viewer of the performance, told Izvestia.

The man added that the circus employees immediately ran up to the victim and took him away. The partner, who stood on the shoulders of the tightrope walker, was able to go down. After the incident, the show resumed.

According to the former acrobat Jamila, the fact that the artist “got up and walked” speaks of his high professionalism.

“The other can simply fall on his back in shock and die to death,” she said.

The fall of the tightrope walker was reported earlier on the same day. The man was hospitalized with a fracture of both legs.
