An illegal dump site for construction waste caught fire near the Plovdiv district “Proslav”. The fire started a little while ago and is on a total area of ​​3-4 acres, reported the regional manager of Plovdiv, Prof. Hristina Yancheva, who received information from the fire department.

“According to the data of the head of the Emergency and Rescue Squad at the Regional Directorate “Fire Safety and Protection of the Population”, chief inspector Dimitar Brishimov, who is on the spot, the flames are limited and everything possible is being done to extinguish them quickly,” the regional administration states .

Earlier today, dry grass, waste, tires, plastic and construction materials were burning near the stock exchange in Parvenets. 4 fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.
