Speaking at the Novatore Impact Summit, she said: “Women are often told that they cannot achieve the same goals as men. Even in developed countries, there is a gender pay gap where there should not be one. Unfortunately, there are countries where women are not considered human. . “Novatore Impact Summit” was attended by world-class business leaders, politicians and heads of international organizations from 10 countries. The conference discussed the economic empowerment of women – resilience in crisis conditions, financial independence and innovations. As part of the international summit, master classes for developing women’s leadership and skills are also held.

The conference is organized by the organization “Novatore”, which was established in 2020 by entrepreneurs Baiba Rubesa and Dagnija Lejiņa, with the aim of supporting women in leading positions by providing knowledge, providing networking opportunities and promoting the exchange of experiences. In 2022, “Novatore Impact Summit” was attended by 400 participants from 18 countries.
