Almost 50 years after starting her artistic career and with more than a dozen hits, including: “Who is like you?”, “And here I am”, “Oh love!”, among others, the singer Ana Gabriel announced his retirement from the stage this weekend.

It all happened during a concert that the interpreter offered in Los Angeles, where she interrupted the show for a few seconds to share with the public the decision she had made: “I want to tell you that I will leave the stage soon,” she can be heard saying in a video already circulating on social media.
Likewise, Ana Gabriel had a few words about the political situation in Venezuela and other nations: “Put the CD in your house and you will no longer listen to me speak… I never take this attitude, never, I take it when I’m really talking about a defense of our nations that need total freedom. And I am not a politician, I am a singer, but a singer who understands the pain of each notion, that is why I have not returned to Venezuela, that is why I have not been able to go to Cuba, that is why I have not been able to go to Nicaragua… And you will excuse me if I answered them a little harshly…”
