German developers Point Blank Games bring us their latest game action adventure with which they want to keep us entertained for hours. This title, Stray Bladeit’s a game visually stunning and with a story one of those that manage to catch you.
Liberate the lands of Acrea
You start your adventure with the main character, a man or woman called Farren West. Having traveled all over the world, you only have one place left to explore: the ancient ruins of Acrea. When we set foot on these lands we perish, though it will be only to be brought back to life later with a heavy price to pay: now you are bound to this land and need to work hard to free it from the war and death brought to the valley by the Golden Army.
The plot, despite the fact that it may seem simple due to its synopsis he is very worked, which makes it a great draw for the title. Controlling the main character, Farren Westand being guided through the missions by your partner, Colors, we will meet all kinds of interesting things along the way. Fighting against the Golden Army is so satisfying that soon I found myself on the hunt for more combat while exploring.
the tutorial section, when you start the adventure, he explains the controls very well and teaches you everything you need to know to embark on the adventure. As in the typical games of the Souls genre, we can move the character, jump and perform light and heavy attacks. The fluidity of the controls is something that must be highlighted in a title where we will spend most of our time fighting.
An artistic section of cartoons
From the point of graphic viewthis game is absolutely stunning and I have loved every minute of watching it, with that cartoon touch that gives you the environment and the sunbeams breaking through the trees with bright, vibrant colors. The game was wonderful. Every aspect of the environment had that cartoonish touch. which is seen in many games current.
The developers did a fantastic job when it comes to the sound section, Especially when it comes to the dialogues., in English, but with actors who match the characters very well. The title is completely subtitled in Spanish. The background melodies have a strong mix of guitar and other wind instruments. Depending on the scene and location we will have different melodies. For example, if we’re in a fight, the music gets darker and faster, so you know you’re in a fight, and at times, makes you fight better just to keep up with the melody.
The weapons of the game they sound fantastic too, especially when you hit someone. From the sound of a weapon slicing through flesh, to the clash of two swords, or even after the final killing blow has been dealt, we can hear our enemy’s last breath.

If you like adventures with plenty of combat and well-designed environments, Stray Blade is made for you. It also has a very interesting plot, very well implemented controls and a fabulous artistic section.
