I attended a seminar that year with former Republican President Abdul Kalam. Then Abdul Kalam advised me, “Look at the top of the mountain and dream boldly.” I remind my team of that advice.
After that meeting I made a decision in my mind to bring Mahindra shares back to the peak. I intend to bring the Mahindra shares price to a peak on the 75th anniversary of the company. Even though that deadline has passed, we have taken one more year than that.
Mahindra Group’s new board of directors has taken office and today raised the share price by more than Rs.1000. ”
