Maybach Winery – Maybach Wisser Burgundy
Importer’s AGTD Group: Winemaker Johann Heinrich Maybach from the Palatinate region of Germany, produced wines from the beginning of the twentieth century at the Peter-Martes family winery, which also imports wine containers from around the world and bottles them at a winery in Germany. Golan Heights Winery – Jordan Pinot Gris 2020
The winery thing: dry white wine that is produced in very small quantities. Produced from Pinot Gris grapes grown in two vineyards in the northern Golan Heights. About half of the wine is fermented in large oak barrels. Alcohol 13.5%. The wine features delightful aromas of apples, peugeot, melon and currant, along with aromatic properties of minerals, dried ginger and flowers. This is a wine with a medium body and good acidity, full of flavor and refreshing. The price is 76 NIS.

The winery’s thing: dry white wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from vineyards in the cool north of the Golan Heights. A small percentage of the wine was fermented in French oak barrels, adding a little complexity and volume to the wine. The wine features aromas of guava, pear, pomelo and lime, alongside properties of minerals and spice. This is a fresh and full-bodied wine with a medium body. 13.5% alcohol. The price is 76 NIS.

Tulip Winery Espero White 2021 – From the Aspro series
The winery’s thing: The Espro series (Tikva in the Esperanto language) was born out of love and connection to Kfar Tikva, the winery’s home. The inspiration we get from the people who live in the village is expressed in the free and original blends we have created, and Aspro wines are our little tribute to the people and the village. This wine is a free blend of Columbus, Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. The vinaigrette underwent spontaneous fermentation in 225 liter oak barrels for 3 months, and partial malolactic fermentation. The chardonnay and columbarium were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The price is 90 NIS.
