During his historic visit to Abu Dhabi, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was invited by the Rabbi of the United Arab Emirates, Chabad emissary Rabbi Levi Duchman, to write the first letter in the Torah scroll written on the land of the Emirates.

The Torah scroll is intended to serve the local Jewish community and the many Jewish visitors, who enjoy a range of Jewish institutions and extensive community services, led by Rabbi Duchman since 2015.
