Ricardo Costa, from SIC, said that one of the scenarios on the table is a “weak victory” for the PSD, given that Luís Montenegro, “at this moment, risks having less percentage than Rui Rio”.

“And I would say: you have every right to do so,” he added.
Ricardo Costa also mentioned that, until now, “Luís Montenegro risks having a lower percentage than Rui Rio. Therefore, one of the scenarios on the table is a weak victory”.
“Right now, Chega risks having 54 or 55 deputies, when the best forecasts give 77 or 78 for the PSD. We are talking about a difference of 20 deputies”.
The projections of the electoral results released by SIC give victory to the Democratic Alliance (AD) in this Sunday’s legislative elections, with between 27.6% and 31.8% of the votes, followed by the PS, with between 24.2% and 28.4%.
