My commitment is to work tirelessly to raise our country to the top and make it shine,” he declared.

“Despite the challenges that have stood in our way over the last five years, the pandemic, the drought, the devastating cyclones and even the low blows and political betrayals, we have moved forward, built and constructed, but above all created close and useful to the population in the districts, in order to catch up with the development delay accumulated over several decades,” boasted the new tenant of alavoloha in his inauguration speech.

For this second term, his program will be structured around three pillars: human capital, industrialization and governance. “The objective is to produce and transform in Madagascar everything that the population needs on a daily basis,” he said.

He also affirms that he wants to redouble efforts in the fight against all forms of corruption serving individual interests to the detriment of the general interest. Projects such as the 97km pipeline in the south of the island or the highway linking Toamasina and Antananarivo will, according to him, be continued for the next five-year term.
