Thiruvananthapuram> The opposition leader is also intolerant in the assembly. During the debate on the Kerala Lokayukta Amendment Bill, angry Leader of the Opposition VD Satheesan stormed the chair. When a couple of members of the ruling party tried to point out the inappropriateness of some of the remarks made by the opposition leader while speaking against the bill, the opposition leader got angry with them. Then M Naushad who was in the chair intervened.
He asked the Leader of the Opposition to look at the chair and speak. This made him even more angry. Argued with the chair. He said that he will decide where to look. The chair also pointed out that there is a tone of threat in this. With this, the opposition rearguards shouted slogans and reached the center stage. There was protest against this from the ruling party. Then the chair intervened and pacified both sides. In recent times, the opposition leader has been showing intolerance towards the media persons including in the press conferences.
