For a year now, some internet users, especially from Reddit forumsthey were immersed in the task of searching for the mysterious animation test of ‘Shrek‘that was done in the year 1995 showing a completely different version of the character that we would meet years later in 2001.
After a long investigation, which included the discovery of images on official pages of artists who were involved in the project, the complete material finally came to light. It is a short 30-second clip where we see the first version of Shrek dancing in a village to the rhythm of ‘I Feel Good‘ when he is attacked by a thief in the form of a creature, who does not last long on screen because he is thrown into the sky. Then, Shrek continues showing his best steps.
