Annamalai stand on BJP alliance issue: OS Maniyan, Narayanan Tirupati opinion

by time news

Chennai: Former AIADMK minister OS Maniyan and BJP state vice-president Narayanan Tirupati have commented on the news that Annamalai spoke about the election alliance.

Yesterday (March 17) a sudden meeting of BJP State Executives was held at Ayyavu Mahal in Nadalkarai, Chennai under the leadership of BJP State President Annamalai in connection with the parliamentary elections. In this meeting, Annamalai advised the administrators about the steps to be taken in the parliamentary elections.

Currently, Annamalai, who has been appointed as the BJP in-charge for the Karnataka state assembly election, is said to have told the meeting that he cannot come to Tamil Nadu from time to time as he has to camp there and attend to the election work, and that he has decided to come here and participate only if there is an important party meeting.

Also, the BJP executives said that in the presence of Palaniswami, the matter of joining AIADMK was discussed in the meeting. At that time, it is said that the BJP officials told the Annamalai meeting that after completing the Karnataka state election work, they would announce an important result on May 10.

Forming an alliance with AIADMK in the parliamentary elections? Don’t you? BJP people said that his decision may be related to this and most likely, Annamalai may make an announcement that BJP will contest the parliamentary elections by forming a new alliance other than Palaniswami.

There is a lot of talk in the BJP circles that if a non-Palaniswamy alliance is formed, Panneerselvam, TTV Dhinakaran and Sasikala will have a chance to form a new alliance and meet the elections.

BJP Vice President Narayanan Tirupathi said, “Well, I have read the script and the script. It is wrong for the party leaders to rise up because of something that happened in the meeting. This is our internal party matter. We are talking about what we are talking about in public and I am portraying something that is not in particular. “I condemn. It is wrong to comment on this. Many things will be discussed in the party meeting. The alliance is only during the election period. Now there is no election. This is not the time to talk about the election,” he said. He said this in an interview on television.

In this regard, AIADMK’s former minister OS Manian told reporters, “AIADMK will lead the alliance in Tamil Nadu. It will decide. It is AIADMK that will decide who will have an alliance with and how many tickets will be given to whom.”
