Annual revision of the electoral lists of the Professional Chambers: Submission of new registration applications from December 1 to 31, 2023 (press release)
Rabat – The submission of new applications for registration on the electoral lists of the Professional Chambers, as part of the annual revision of these lists for the year 2024, will take place from December 1 to 31, 2023, indicates, Friday, a press release from the Minister of the Interior.
“The Minister of the Interior informs professionals working in the sectors covered by the Chambers of Agriculture, Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Services, Chambers of Crafts or Chambers of Maritime Fishing, who are not registered on the electoral lists of the professional chambers, and who meet the required legal conditions and are at least 18 years old or who will reach this age on March 31, 2024, that the submission of new applications for registration on said lists, as part of the annual review for the year 2024, began on Friday, December 1, 2023 and will continue until the 31st of the same month,” the press release states.
During this period, professionals not registered on the current electoral lists are called upon to submit their applications for registration on the electoral list of the Chamber to which they belong to the offices of the local administrative authority responsible for the place where they carry out their professional activity,” according to the same source.
Similarly, the press release notes, the Minister of the Interior draws the attention of professionals registered on the current electoral lists of the professional chambers, and wishing to transfer their registration from the electoral list of one professional category or electoral body to the list of another category or body or from one electoral district to another or from one professional chamber to another, must submit their requests to the aforementioned offices before the end of December.
