The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan is providing citizens with another 149 new, fully renovated apartments under the lease-to-own mechanism in a residential complex located on Muhammad Asadov Street in Saray village of Absheron district.
As reported by Day.Az on Monday, this is stated in the fund’s information.
It is noted that residential premises are 1-, 2- and 3-room, monthly payments start from 376 manats.
New apartments will be available for selection from July 22, 2024. Citizens can view the list of provided residential premises at the link.
Applications are accepted and housing is selected through an electronic mortgage and credit system integrated into the e-government portal (e-gov.az).
Detailed information on the procedure for transferring residential premises for rent with the obligation of subsequent purchase, accepting applications, choosing and registering living space can be found on the fund’s website (www.mcgf.gov.az) and on the official YouTube channel (as well as by contacting the 1549 call center).
It should be noted that at present, 5,078 lease agreements have been concluded under the lease-with-purchase mechanism.
