According to the Lithuanian customs, recently customs officers often have to take electric saws into their hands to get to cigarettes in hiding places.
This time I had to cut half the car. It turned out that a total of 195 packs of cigarettes with Belarusian excise taxes were hidden in the caches.
Customs officers detained the cigarettes and the car, and an administrative violation report was drawn up against the violator. Such smuggling is punishable by a fine and confiscation of illegally transported tobacco products and a car.
