Reacting to this, CPI(M) state secretary and party central committee member Jiten Chaudhary held the state government responsible for the current plight of tribals in the ADC areas. “There is no work or means of earning anywhere in the state and tribals in the interior areas are in deep distress; There is no MNREGA work and even for the work already done they are not getting proper wages which is pending for a long time” said Jiten.
