In the final, T. Juška was even faster and covered the distance in 24.05 seconds. took eighth place. The young swimmer got even closer to the national male record held by Tad Duškinas (23.58).

The Dutchman Nylsas Korstanje, who broke the competition record, became the winner here (22.92). The German Luca Nik Armbruster (23.42) won the silver, the bronze went to the Czech Jan Sefl (23.57).

The Lithuanians will continue their performance in Stockholm on Saturday: D. Rapšys and T. Juška will compete in the men’s 200 m freestyle, and Andrius Šidlauskas will appear in the 100 m breaststroke.

The competition in Sweden is another opportunity for athletes to meet Olympic standards.
