A shocking murder in Ashdod: A 40-year-old woman was murdered this evening (Tuesday) in Ashdod after being attacked in her home, when it is suspected that her injuries were caused by a hammer. She was referred for medical treatment at Asuta Hospital in Ashdod, where she was pronounced dead. Ashdod police officers were called to the scene and detained for questioning her current partner, who is suspected of being involved in the incident, who was present at the scene. MDA paramedic Omer Weissman and MDA emergency medic Eli Hoffman, who treated the murdered woman at the scene, said: “When we arrived at the scene, they led us to an apartment in a residential building, we saw the woman lying unconscious and suffering from bruises on her body. We gave her medical treatment that included stopping the bleeding, dressings and administering medication And we evacuated her in an MDA intensive care vehicle when she was in serious condition.”
