Israel’s capital city is upgrading the efficiency of its public transportation for the second and even the third time and this time it is about adding a transportation company to the urban transportation system. In the first publication b– mynetKoti Fondminski reveals that the public transport company ‘Extra’, which currently operates exclusively in Netanya, will arrive in Jerusalem as early as next week (Friday).

The scope of the new activity will currently be concentrated on only two lines in the north of the city (line 61 and 541), but next year, 2023, the company is expected to lead transportation in the entire north of the city. A main problem that the two new lines will solve is a more convenient and efficient access to the Atarot industrial area, therefore line 541 will be operated from this area to the Nation buildings, all days of the week and on Fridays. The CEO of the industrial zone praised the move and thanked those who put it into action.
