The director of the National Social Security Administration (ANSES), Fernanda Ravertarecently announced the official activation of credits that reach $400,000. This initiative, unprecedented for the institution, is aimed at active workers who contribute to the pension system, framed within the Income Strengthening Program for Argentine families.
This Friday, the Official Gazette consolidated the mechanics linked to the granting of these credits by the ANSES. They are intended for workers in a dependency relationship who contribute to the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA), where the requirements to access them are also detailed.
These credits, with a subsidized rate, allow beneficiaries to return them in flexible terms of 24, 36 or up to 48 installmentsthus facilitating its return.
It should be noted that the purpose of the loan granted by ANSES is specific: It can be used to purchase appliances, home improvements or even for tourism.an activity highlighted by the pension organization as one of the preferred ones by the senior sector.
Characteristics of the ANSES credit
1. It is established that the maximum amount to be requested for credits amounts to $400,000.
2. For all loans granted, an annual nominal rate (TNA) of 50% will be applied, regardless of the repayment period selected.
3. Credits will be credited directly to the worker’s credit card. Said card must have been issued by the bank where the applicant has their salary account and receives their monthly remuneration.
4. The return of the amount borrowed will be made through consecutive monthly installments. These fees will be debited from the beneficiary’s salary account, between the 1st and 10th of each month. The applicant has the option to choose between repayment terms of 24, 36 or 48 months.
5. The monthly fee should not exceed 20% of the applicant’s monthly salary. This establishes a limit for the relationship between the amount of the fee and the worker’s income.
6. It is clarified that each worker has the right to request only one credit under the conditions of Decree No. 463/23, regardless of the amount they wish to obtain.
How to apply for credit, step by step
The ANSES communications areas inform interested parties that the current procedures do not entail any cost. Furthermore, ANSES does not use intermediaries or managers to manage its procedures, especially in relation to credit applications.
– When starting the request:
1. The applicant must confirm or update their contact details.
2. It is essential to upload the Procedure Number, which is found on the DNI, to verify identity through the RENAPER service.
3. The system will carry out the relevant validations regarding the applicant’s eligibility.
4. If the requirements are not met, the system will inform the applicant of the reasons for rejection.
5. The applicant has the ability to simulate their credit according to pre-established amounts and terms, which will result in an electronic document with all the financial information of the potential loan.
6. The option to continue with the credit application will be displayed.
7. To proceed, the applicant must complete the “Loan Application”, thus confirming their agreement with the terms and conditions of the loan.
– Conditions for approval:
1. ANSES must validate the identity of the applicant in accordance with the regulations in force at the time of the application.
2. This validation requires that the applicant appear personally at the ANSES Offices with their identity document and a validating code. This code will be notified through MI ANSES.
3. The combination of the validator code and the identity confirmation formalize the request.
4. There is a period of 7 business days for the applicant to appear at the ANSES Offices. If this deadline is not met, the application will be automatically cancelled.
5. Upon successful completion of all steps, the system will confirm the approval of the credit.
6. The approved amount will be transferred within a maximum period of SEVEN (7) business days after final approval.
Finally, as Raverta anticipated, starting Monday, September 18, at 10 a.m. and until 8 p.m.interested people will be able to access credits of up to $400,000.
