According to reports from IlCentro, theaggression to local representatives of Forza Italia it would have occurred shortly after the start of the anti green pass event. A large group of demonstrators would have advanced towards the center, in time.news, ending up besieging the square where, not far away, a banquet had been set up to collect signatures for the referendum on justice.
Some rioters would have pointed straight to the gazebo of Forza Italia, located in Corso Umberto, in an attempt to kick it down and, probably, to attack the president of the regional council Lorenzo Sospiri, the mayor Carlo Masci and the parliamentarian Antonio Martino. Fortunately, the timely intervention of the police prevented the worst although there were moments of high tension.

Then they got closer and closer, someone verbally assaulted and then a couple came into contact with the banquet. None of us obviously reacted. The police immediately intervened to stop them“.
“Solidarity with our militants”
The solidarity expressed by the representatives of Forza Italia to the Abruzzo colleagues was immediate. “Solidarity and closeness to the leaders and militants of Forza_italia attacked in time.news by a group of no-vax. Demonstrations are obviously allowed, violence and intemperance are not. We strongly reaffirm our convictions: yes to the green pass, an instrument of freedom“he wrote on Twitter Maria Stella Gelmini, Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies.
