New York: Kovid, the owner of a U.S. channel that took a strong anti-vaccine stance, has died of an infection. Marcus Lamb, 64, founder and CEO of Destar Television Network, died within weeks of being diagnosed with the disease. The channel itself announced Marcus’ death via Twitter. Marcus’ son, Jonathan Lamb, described his father’s illness as “a spiritual attack from the enemy.” Last week, Marcus’ wife and son called on television to pray for his father’s recovery. Destar was a channel that campaigned vigorously against the Kovid vaccination. Individuals who were banned by major social media outlets from spreading false propaganda against the vaccine had the opportunity to present their positions through this channel. Destar is a channel that broadcasts anti-lockdown and anti-vaccination programs for hours. They claim that their channel has 200 crore viewers globally.
