Antigoni Kouloukakou Opens Up About Her Journey to Motherhood: The Struggles and Secrets Amidst Family Pressures

by time news

“My mother didn’t know, she didn’t know that every time her daughter was trying,” said Antigoni Kouloukakou.

Antigoni Kouloukakou was hosted on “Studio 4” with Nancy Zampetoglou and Thanasis Anagnostopoulos and spoke about her efforts to become a mother.

“I hadn’t expressed the desire, but I was trying. I wanted it, and we tried very hard. I felt that it would happen when they told me. Maybe it’s the desire. What can I say about the effort? That I’m trying to get pregnant? No one knew. Just me and the person who was interested.

Maybe, if my mom had known, it would have added some anxiety and stress for me, and every time I disappoint an extra person, while it was something completely my own and it might not have happened. Others put pressure on you that you must succeed no matter what. Maybe subconsciously, that was also the reason I didn’t say anything,” mentioned Antigoni Kouloukakou.

“The first people I notified were my mom and my brother. My mom didn’t know, she didn’t know that every time her daughter was trying. She was very happy. She has four grandchildren from my brother and she’s not the pushy mom who says when are you going to give me a grandchild. She knew that I am a free spirit and that I was happy with other things too. She is not the traditional mom,” added Antigoni Kouloukakou.
