Burgos, Oct 26 (.).- Antolin, a global provider of technological solutions for automobile interiors, has expanded its Advisory Board with the incorporation of Javier Lázaro and Jürgen Stackmann, independent professionals who will strengthen this support body of the Board of Directors to decision making and business progress within the multinational company.

The company has highlighted, in a press release, that the incorporation of both professionals will serve to “enrich the debate and role” of the Advisory Council, created in 2018 with a consultative nature to reinforce Antolin’s good governance.

This body participates in all meetings and activities of the Board of Directors with access to all information about the company and its members, in addition, they are part of and chair the three delegate committees.

Lázaro and Stackmann have extensive experience in business management with senior management positions in various renowned companies.

Stackmann, with a degree in Business Administration, has been linked to the automotive world throughout his professional career, initially at the American automobile company Ford (NYSE:), where he joined in 1989 and held several management positions in sales and marketing in Germany. and Europe until 2010.

Subsequently, he joined the German Volkswagen Group (ETR:) where he was a member of the Board of Directors as head of Marketing and Sales of Skoda and Volkswagen Passenger Cars, and between 2013 and 2015 he was CEO and president of SEAT.

Currently, he is director of the Future Mobility Lab at the Mobility Institute of the University of St. Gallen.

For his part, Lázaro was financial director and corporate general director of Indra (BME:) between 2015 and 2022 and is currently financial director of ITP Aero.

With a degree in Telecommunications, he began his professional career at McKinsey and later worked at Goldman Sachs (NYSE:), Crédit Suisse and Prisa (BME:), where he held the position of financial director before joining Indra.
