Kochi: The second look of the new film Poovan, in which Anthony Varghese will play the lead role of Pepe, has been released. The cast has shared a poster featuring all the main characters of the film. And there is a rooster in the second look poster. Poovan is directed by actor Vineeth Vasudevan, who played the role of Ajith Menon in the movie Super Sharanya. The shooting of the film was completed in the middle of June. The post production work is progressing and the film is gearing up for a Christmas release.
The film is coming under the banners Shebin Baker Productions and Stuck Cow. The film is produced by Shebin Baker and Girish Eddy. The story of the film is written by Varun Dhara. The cinematography of the film is done by Sajith Purusha.

Apart from Antony Varghese, Sajjin Cherukail, Vineeth Vasudev, Vineeth Viswam, Varun Dhara, Girish Eddy, Maniyan Pillai Raju, Rinku Ranadeer, Anishima Anilkumar, Akhila Bhargavan, Bindu Satishkumar, Anees Abraham and Sunil Melepuram are playing other important characters.
