The provider of corporate housing solutions, Apartool, has closed a series A financing round of 5.5 million euros. The operation has been led by the Spanish fund Barlon Capital and the European Roch Venturesand has had the participation of Telegraph Hill Capital (THCAP), Finaves (IESE) and Iberis Capital, among others.
Round will support company growthwhich is already in the ‘scaleup’ category and has doubled its turnover year after year since 2019. Expects to reach 15 million in 2023.
Barlon Capital is an early-stage investment fund led by entrepreneurs Javier Rubió and Didac Lee that counts among its investors Spanish entrepreneurs who invest in disruptive startups with global impact.
The fund is specialized in supporting technology companies with an innovative and scalable solution through financing in Series A rounds. Together with Barlon Capital, the investment has been led by Roche Ventures, a European venture capital fund that is 100% dedicated to financing A series of emerging technology companies from Europe and Israel that are bringing to life the next revolution in the travel and hospitality sector.

The resources obtained in the financing round will be allocated to technological development, to the positioning of the product in the real estate sector and to the international expansion of the companypromoting its entry into Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom after having consolidated its position in the Spanish, Portuguese and French markets and the recent opening in Dubai.
Aparttool has become a strategic partner for companies in sectors such as finance, mass consumption and retail. Currently, the ‘scaleup’ has 50 employees and collaborates with the most important business travel agencies worldwide. Likewise, the technology company has signed global agreements with the main relocation agencies, such as Santa Fe Relocation and Eres Relocation; collaborates with renowned corporate travel agencies, such as BCD Travel España and Viajes el Corte Inglés; and with renowned companies such as Endesa, FGC, Repsol, Siemens, among others.
