Apex Legends – Distortion: New Gameplay Trailer Revealed

May 3, 2023 – EA and Respawn present a brand new gameplay trailer for Apex Legends – Distortion ahead of its scheduled launch on May 7:

In Apex Legends – Distorsionplayers will be able to sow chaos on the battlefield while discovering new content:

• New Legend: Alter – Break the rules with Alter, the embodiment of chaos.
  • His passive ability “Gift of the Rift” allows him to loot an item from nearby frag crates. This is the perfect method for quickly switching weapons or getting your hands on a surprise shield battery.
  • Alter’s tactical ability “Void Passage” opens a portal in a surface, allowing him to send enemies back to a spawn chamber or quickly escape.
  • Activating his ultimate ability “Void Nexus” generates a device that all members of his team can use to open a one-way portal to the target location.
• Special Solos Mode – Players will be able to indulge in the special Solos mode, replacing Duos for the start of the season. In the arena, each Legend will play for themselves!
• Devastated version of the Broken Moon – The lunar nightmare comes true when Olympus crashes into Cleo’s stasis node, spawning new points of interest and streamlining the map onto a chaotic battlefield.
• Artefacts Apex – Players will be able to shape their destiny with Apex Artifacts by customizing each variant’s theme, energy source and more with Exotic Fragments, which they can then combine to create their own calling card loudly proclaiming their destructive abilities.

Apex Legends – Distorsion will be available from May 7 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via EA app and Steam.
