App to locate children missing from war

by time news

Kiev,

The Ukraine-Russia war has been ongoing since February last year. Ukraine has accused Russia of abducting more than 19,000 children from Ukraine during the war, of which only 328 children have been rescued so far. Russia denied this and said that the children were taken to protect them from war.

Meanwhile, an international court in the Netherlands issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin as he did not appear in a child abduction case.

In this situation, a mobile app called “Reunite Ukraine” has been introduced to find children who have gone missing in the war and reunite them with their parents. The Ukrainian government says the app, developed in collaboration with an American company, will help reunite families separated by war.
