After months, we are back to talking about the farewell to Apple ID! The bitten apple could announce the new “Apple Account” starting from month of September with the official release of iOS 18 e macOS Sequoia.
“With the release of iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia, and watchOS 11, Apple ID has been renamed Apple Account to ensure a consistent sign-in experience across all Apple services and devices and relies on the user’s existing credentials.”
The news from Apple does not end, after the probable arrival of iOS 17.4.1 in the next few hours, a change is now revealed regarding Apple ID: Will it go away? According to what emerged on Mac Rumors, Apple is thinking of changing a few things with the release of iOS 18.

Apple ID It is defined as follows:
“the account you use to sign in to all of Apple’s services, and that makes all of your Apple devices work together seamlessly. Once you’re signed in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and more.”

The exact same name will obviously be used in all applications even if already present on some pages of the official Apple website.
