Apple admits the update disaster –

by time news

After Apple launched an update to the “iOS 15.4” operating system in mid-March, users reported problems with iPhone batteries that drained them.
And a Twitter user with the name (laceup524) wrote that there was a problem with his phone’s battery, describing what was happening as “ridiculous.”
He said, “Why can’t you release the update in time, the battery dropped 5 percent in less than 10 minutes?”
Despite the cruelty of the tweet, the technical support account in “Apple” responded professionally to the tweeter, thanking him for his comment, and saying that the company would be happy to help him.
He added, “It is normal for applications and features on the phone to need to make modifications of up to 48 hours, after completing the operating system update.”
And the technical support account in “Apple” asked the tweeter to contact the company, in the event that the situation continues as it is, to solve the problem.
And the technical news site (techradar) stated that in order to avoid the problem, the user needs to have the charger or portable power bank on hand for a period of time.
And the company “Apple” advises to wait several days in the event that the battery life is drained (due to the update), and it may be helpful to restart the device after completing the update installation process.
