Apple AR Glass: A prototype of Apple’s AR glasses will be ready later this year, according to Haitong International Securities Tech Research Analyst.

New Delhi: Apple’s Augmented Reality (AR) glasses have reached the design development stage. It will reach prototype levels by the end of this year, according to a market research analyst note. It is estimated that the so-called Apple AR Glass glasses will be introduced in 2024. Analysts have also shared doubts as to whether one or two models of the iPhone 15 Pro will come with a periscope lens.
With the advent of the periscope lens is likely to get a better camera experience.
Jeff Pu, an analyst at Haitong International Securities Tech Research, says the prototype of Apple’s AR glasses will be ready by the end of this year. The analyst also said he had looked at Corning and Hoya glass samples. Waveguide technology is also said to be adopted in glasses.
Apple will launch a different product later this year than the mixed reality headset. Apple’s AR glasses will arrive by mid – 2024. It is not clear whether all iPhone 15 Pro models will use the Periscope lens. But analysts say they see all the possibilities of using the periscope and that Lante will be the main supplier.

The Periscope lens is not normally available on the iPhone 15 Pro, but only on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Earlier reports had suggested that the iPhone 15 Series would come with a USB Type-C port. There were hints that it would have an under display camera and a Face ID.
