What is Apple Cider Vinegar?
Apple cider vinegar is made by processing apples in two steps. The first step is to wash the apples thoroughly and then chop or grate them. Yeast is added to the apple prepared in this way and the sugar is separated and the alcohol content is extracted. The second step is to add bacteria to the fermented apple, i.e. apple mixture with high alcohol content, and convert it into acetic acid. It takes about a month to prepare apple cider vinegar.
