Apple has unveiled the third generation of AirPods wireless headphones, the new MacBook Pro, and two new in-house processors, the M1 Pro and M1 Max. The presentation of new products was broadcast on Apple’s YouTube channel.
The new AirPods will have moisture and sweat resistance, increased battery capacity, and a new design. In addition, the headphones are equipped with a spatial audio function. The manufacturers claim that the battery will last for six hours of continuous music listening. With a case, this figure will increase to 30 hours. The headphones will cost $ 179. Deliveries are expected to begin next week.
MacBook Pro laptops will come in two versions – with screens of 14.2 inches and 16.2 inches. The frames on the sides will decrease by 26%, and by 60% – on the top (excluding the bangs). The TouchBar has been replaced with a row of physical keys, and the laptop is equipped with MagSafe magnetic charging. The HDMI connector is also back, which was removed in the previous design update of the model.
Apple also unveiled the M1 Pro and M1 Max processors. The M1 Pro is equipped with 33.7 billion transistors and 32 gigabytes of memory at 200 gigabytes per second. M1 Max is more powerful.
