Félix Chang

Félix Chang is an expert in personal data protection, security, digital transformation and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector. In addition, he has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Escuela Politécnica del Litoral.

His interest in the protection of personal data was born in the work of his professional activity, which influenced his entry into this world. Not only from the point of view of the users who own the personal data, but also from the business and social point of view.

Blanca Garcia

Blanca García is a lawyer and has a master’s degree in Business Law from the Espíritu Santo Private University of Specialties.

She has served as head of the Public Procurement Unit at the Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Hospital, in the city of Guayaquil and previously worked in the Municipality of Guayaquil.

The process of appointing the Superintendent of Personal Data Protection can take from 37 to 39 days, depending on the law firm Ecija Gpa.
