Approval of examination results in Libyan schools abroad

Today, Monday, the Minister of Education in the Government of National Unity, Musa Al-Maqrif, and the Director of the National Examinations Center, Dr. Muhammad Ghuma, approved the results of the first round of examinations for the certificates of completion of the basic and secondary education stages for Libyan schools inside the country for the academic year 2023-2024.

The success rate for basic education was 75.93%, while the secondary education rate was 69.23%. The number of applicants for the Basic Education Certificate exams this year was 889 male and female students, 675 of whom passed, 316 received an excellent grade, 273 received a very good grade, 81 received a good grade, and the number of those with a second degree was 214.

The number of applicants for the secondary school completion certificate examinations was 676 male and female students, 193 of whom received an excellent grade, 221 a very good grade, 50 a good grade, and 4 a pass grade, while the number of those who had a second round was (208).

Al-Maqrif praised the efforts made by all parties that contributed to the success of the exams.
