At a meeting of the local committee for planning and construction in Kiryat Arba, 372 new housing units in the city were approved.
The new units will be built on Hill 20 in Kiryat Arba near the gas station complex, and according to the approved plans, public buildings, educational institutions, commercial buildings and areas for public parks will also be built on the site. Construction will be integrated between terraced, high-rise and ground-level units in the city.
In Kiryat Arba, it is noted that in the last two years, more than a thousand housing units have been approved by the council, along with commercial areas and an academic campus.
