A few days ago, Arámbula mentioned the duties not fulfilled by the Sol de México for her sons Miguel, 16, and Daniel, 14. The actress said that just as the singer is great on stage, he should be great as a father .

“There is certainly debt. The last payment that this Mr. Gallego made to Mrs. Arámbula was in December 2019. From that day on, he did not pay a single cent in favor of his children,” said Guillermo Pous, the actress’s lawyer, in a telephone interview. .

The lawyer clarified that the document issued by a judicial authority of the Civil Registry is true and current, but it does not reflect the real situation.

“For someone to be in that registry as a delinquent food debtor, there had to have been an order from a judge requesting that they be registered or registered in that condition,” Pous explained. “And I put the generic case, take away the name Aracely or Luis Miguel, but if I had been married, I get divorced and have minor daughters and I must pay them alimony, and if my wife has not sued me judicially, it appears that I am not I am a debtor.”

Which indicates that at the moment there is no judicial procedure that proves that the singer has not complied with his pension payments in Mexico City. For this reason, the singer’s name does not appear as a delinquent food debtor.

“If he had already sued him and it was proven that he had not paid the pension,” the lawyer explained, “the judge would have had to issue a judgment or sentence and he would appear as a debtor.”
