New finding a Israel. Fragments of biblical scrolls dating back 2,000 years have been discovered during new research in the Judean Desert. This was announced by the Israeli Antiquities Authority, explaining that the new fragments are the first to be found in the 60 years to date. Written mainly in Greek – the Authority explained – they contain portions of the book of 12 minor prophets, including Zechariah and Nahum.
