Good morning,
I have owned a Prism Solar Single Phase since 2022.
With my first electric car due soon, I started checking out my charging station’s app.
The problem is that I detect very old firmware and software versions:
Software version: 2.1.1
Firmware version: 0.152
Not finding a specific section for automatic updates, I was wondering if it was normal (maybe with this firmware, which is quite old) that the update was only ‘manual’ and not automatic.
Who can give me a tip?
