This became clear in a study of 5430 people conducted by researchers at Guangzhou University in China. People aged between 30 and 79 years were selected for the study. People who follow a lazy lifestyle and are overweight have been found to be sleep deprived. As a solution to this, researchers suggest trying to sleep well during the day and at night.

In addition to fatty liver, lack of sleep can also cause memory loss, boredom, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, depression, and decreased immunity.

Feeling full without eating much, abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss, swollen abdomen and legs (edema)
