The ‘Glenambossery’, restored for ten days only, between 12-22/1, in the heart of Sderot Rothschild in Tel Aviv, is the result of the collaboration of the esteemed single malt whiskey brand Glenmorangie with three masters of desserts: the winner of “Bakeoff Israel”, the confectioner Tomer Omansky, the pastry chef and owner of the successful baking blog ‘Adikush’, Adi Klinghoffer, and the one who is going to star as a judge in the new reality show “The Perfect Dessert”, the talented chef Avi Bitton. Each of the three got to create three unusual, intriguing and sometimes even loaded with cream alcohol carambois that were fully inspired by the precise and unique flavors that characterize the golden liquid in the Glemorangie bottles.

The “pop-up” will take place in a space inside “Hotel 65” from the Atlas boutique hotel chain, located in the heart of Sderot Rothschild in Tel Aviv, where they will be offered for sale, to eat on the spot, for takeaway or for delivery through the Ten Bis company, Nine karambos developed by the three masters”

Pastry chef Adi Klinghofer – A technician who owns the successful baking blog “Adikush” | Glenbo Pistachio Lemon – mascarpone pistachio cream, lemon curd, topped with crispy white chocolate and pistachio puree and cracked pistachio / Glenbo salted caramel and pretzel crispy butter biscuit base, mascarpone cream, salted caramel heart coated with blondie chocolate and pieces of cracked pretzel / Glenbo alcoholic white chocolate raspberry combining Glenmorang Signet, white chocolate cream, filled with a raspberry sauce heart covered in pinkish white chocolate and topped with strawberry chips.

Chef Avi Biton – The person who heads the “Popular Cafe” restaurant and the “Solica” deli Glenbo Moon Blanc Alcoholic Chestnuts combining Glenmorangie Quinte Ruben Decoase Hazelnut base, filled with vanilla cream and white chocolate coating / Glenbo Winter Strawberry Brûlée – Crème Brule – Biscuit base Decoise Hazelnut-Vanilla Cream for Cremsenit Strawberry insert, topped with crispy reddish white chocolate and strawberry chips / Glenbo Alcoholic apple crumble that combines Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or – a crispy butter biscuit base, cream cheese and vanilla and a heart of apple slices soaked in whiskey – covered in blondies and beer chocolate.
